Can I make a reservation for duckpin bowling?
Sorry, no reservations. All of our games are first come, first serve.
Can I bring in food or drinks?
You are welcome to bring in any food you like, or have it delivered (don’t forget the utensils). No outside beverages are allowed though.
Is Pins family-friendly?
Absolutely! Pins Mechanical welcomes minors with adult supervision until 9 p.m. After that, we enforce an age restriction of 21+.
Do you allow dogs at Pins?
Yes! We are a dog friendly establishment and welcome all leashed dogs in our space. We may even have a treat or two for them!

Where should I submit a donation request for my cause or organization?
How should I retrieve an item I've lost at your store?
If you think you’ve left an item at a Pins Mechanical location, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, provide information about the lost item and specify which Pins location you visited. A member of the Pins team will promptly check for the lost item.
How can I get a receipt from my visit?
To request a copy of your receipt, send an email to email@example.com. In the email, please include the following information:
- The date of your visit
- The location you visited
- The last four digits of the credit card used
- Your phone number
A member of the Pins team will retrieve your receipt. They will contact you if any additional information is required.
