Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You understand and agree that your visit to and use of Pins Mechanical Company venues is undertaken at your own risk.

You voluntarily and freely choose to enter, participate in activities at, and use the premises of Pins Mechanical Company, including but not limited to all, attractions, games, equipment (collectively the “Activities”) and indoor and outdoor areas, walkways, restrooms, patios, stairways, parking areas, and food and beverage spaces (collectively, the “Premises”). You assume all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss to yourself or your property that may result from your visit or participation, including without limitation slips, falls, collisions or impacts with natural or man-made objects or surfaces, use or misuse of equipment or Activities, overexertion, or the loss or theft of personal belongings (collectively, “Claims”). You further assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to yourself or your property that may result from the negligence of other persons, including other guests, employees, or Pins Mechanical Company, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Pins Parties”).

You expressly release and discharge the Pins Parties from all such Claims except to the extent such Claims are determined to result directly from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of one or more of the Pins Parties.

Safety Rules & Guest Responsibility

By entering or participating in any activity at Pins Mechanical Company, you agree to comply with all posted safety rules, verbal instructions from staff, and common-sense precautions, including but not limited to the following:

  • Follow all posted signage and staff instructions at all times.
  • Use games, attractions, and equipment only as intended.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and the actions of others.
  • Running, horseplay, climbing on structures, or misuse of equipment is prohibited.
  • Do not enter restricted or staff-only areas.
  • Wear appropriate footwear and attire for the activities you choose to participate in.
  • Guests are responsible for determining their own physical ability to safely participate in activities.
  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
  • Certain attractions or areas may have age, height, or supervision requirements, which must be followed.
  • Alcohol consumption is voluntary and must be done responsibly. Guests must not participate in activities while visibly intoxicated.

Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from an activity or from the Premises.

Violation of Rules & Removal from Premises

All guests are required to comply with Pins Mechanical Company’s rules, policies, and applicable laws, including all alcohol service laws and age-verification requirements.

Pins Mechanical Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse service,
  • Restrict access to activities,
  • Remove guests from the Premises, or
  • Revoke any memberships, passes, or privileges

for failure to comply with posted rules, unsafe behavior, or violation of law.

Pins Mechanical Company may modify or update its rules, policies, or safety standards at any time, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting or communication.

Reporting of Accidents or Injuries

Any accident, injury, or incident occurring on the Premises must be reported immediately to a Pins Mechanical Company team member.

You agree to cooperate in completing an incident report and, if requested, to provide relevant medical documentation within a reasonable time.

Failure to report an incident at the time it occurs may affect Pins Mechanical Company’s ability to investigate and respond appropriately.
