The grand prize of the Sweepstakes consists of (1) PACMAN gaming cabinet (“Grand Prize”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the Contest as determined by Sponsor and its agents are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents within the United States where not prohibited by law who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access, and a valid email account prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 22, 2025 and ends on August 8, 2025. (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER: Entry to the Sweepstakes available via QR code at every Pins and 16-Bit location during Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. After submitting the required information on the entry form, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. One entry per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entry available via our online entry form.

WINNER SELECTION:
All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into a random drawing. Subsequent to the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period, a winner of the Grand Prize will be chosen at random from the database. The (1) winning entrant will be announced via email by August 11, 2025. An announcement and instructions for claiming the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be sent to the email address supplied on the winning entrant’s entry form (the “Prize Notification”). The Rise Brands distribution center will coordinate transport of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize with the winning entrant within (10) days of announcement and complete transport within (60) days of announcement. Sponsor will be responsible for all transportation costs for winners within a 50-mile radius of a Pins Mechanical Co. or 16-Bit location. Winners outside of 50-mile radius will be responsible for prize delivery.

GRAND PRIZE:
The Grand Prize is a PACMAN gaming cabinet. Maximum value of the Grand Prize is $1,000. Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses, including any repair and maintenance of the game, and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
The Grand Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the Grand Prize is permitted. Grand Prize is awarded as-is and Sponsor is not responsible for maintenance or repair of Grand Prize. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of the Grand Prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE META PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS,
DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
